PocketTouch works on any Apple iOS WiFi device (Iphone, Ipad, Mini Ipad etc) allowing you to take orders at the table or queue. This revolutionary software is available from Apple store and is registered to the device at a low cost when you are a current user of TouchPoint. It’s an extremely reliable and easy to use technology which allows you to have as many licenses as you need without paying the cost of massive server software and WiFi infrastructure.
PocketTouch is designed and developed specifically for the hospitality industry. At the touch of a screen orders are processed by the waiting staff at the table. Then the orders are instantly saved on the main terminals. The orders are then either printed in the kitchen and bar or shown on production monitors.
PocketTouch prompts waiting staff to get the little things right. Trust it to remind servers to ask if the customer prefers fries or if the steak should be medium. PocketTouch will mimic a main terminals configuration allowing staff to be instantly familiar with the layout of the screen.
If an item is sold out, PocketTouch will warn waiting staff. You can’t order two lasagnas if PocketTouch knows there is only one left in the kitchen.

Once the order is confirmed PocketTouch it transmits straight to a TouchPoint terminal and then to kitchen virtually eliminating mistakes. If for any reason your WiFi is not working (which is rare), PocketTouch will let you know the order did not transmit. This would mean you would need to put the order in the terminal direct, however you wont be left assuming the order has been placed and therefore have a customer waiting for an order that has not gone to the kitchen at all.

Bills can be printed out via PocketTouch and paid for either at the touch till or at the table.
