Refunds are given to the purchaser in full when the goods are sent back to redfeline pty ltd packed in the original box. Cost of freight to redfeline is at the cost of the consumer unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty redfeline pty ltd will refund the cost of freight. However no refunds are made unless the goods are received by redfeline pty ltd undamaged and in the original packaging with all packed items present.
