HostPOS offers two different warranty types (the type of warranty would have been selected at time of initial purchase):
- On site warranty for some hardware. Allowing for a technician to fix the equipment on site within 1 business day.
- Return to manufacturer. This means you would need to send the item back to the HostPOS support team to have it looked at by the manufacturer. In most cases HostPOS support would have a similar rental device for you whilst yours is being fixed. Please ask about charges when you call.
