Fees apply (9am to 4:30pm business days), at the rate of $29.95 per 15 minutes remote support with the initial call being one interval of 15 minutes. If after hours the 15 minute interval is $37.50. Further charges apply for on site calls.

Extended Hours: This is reserved for mission critical issues.
